Ayurvedic Cooking workshop on Saturday 27th Feb 2021

Time 11 am to 1 pm.

The workshop is for 2 hours and costs $ 40 per person
All ingredients are provided and you receive hands-on experience in Ayurvedic cooking.  Discover Pitta pacifying food – excellent for cooling summer heat with suggestions of vegan and gluten-free options.  Learn how to prepare cooling mint drinks, snacks- dahi poori and khaman, and for the main dish – daliya salad,  sweet dish-coconut delight, and a cooling rosewater drink to go with the mains.
