Ingredients 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add cumin seed.
  2. Add garlic ginger pastes and cook well.
  3. Add sliced onion and let it cook till they start changing colour.
  4. Add turmeric powder.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add all the chopped vegetables, sprinkle salt according to taste, mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes turning few times in between.
  7. Please do not cover cook.

Optional

You can garnish with fresh coriander and roasted peanut seeds.
