Ayurveda recommends treating yourself with body scrubs massage once a week. Removes dead skin, develops a strong immune system eliminates toxins by opening skin pores promotes blood circulation and improves the sluggish lymphatic system.
Direction to use: Wet the entire body under a warm shower for 2 min. Turn off the shower. Use a small amount of scrub powder (1 tablespoon) in your palms and apply it all over the body. Massage gently all over the body in to circular motion paying extra attention to the neck, shoulders, elbows and knees for 5-7 minutes. Rinse off in the shower. Dry and use Ayurvedic body oil to moisturise.
