Little change goes a long way.
“You have not lived today until you have done some thing for some one who can never pay you back” , John Bunyan.
On that sprit this month I decided I needed to make a difference, and one small way in which I can show support to those effected by cancer is to cut some of my hair to raise vital funds, and also for the hair to be used to make a wig.
I would be cutting my long lustrous black hair in support of the Cancer Society this Daffodil Day, Friday 25 August 2017.
I have had long hair all of my life, and although I’m slightly nervous, I am really excited to help someone by using my hair to create a wig, so that they can enjoy having hair if they have lost it during their cancer treatment. I can not even imagine what would be the feelings and expression of that person wearing wig of my hair. I would love to see a big smile on someone’s face.
I need your support and I will be extremely appreciative if you could please donate to my page in support of my fundraising. As they say small drops makes big ocean. Any donations are hugely appreciated.
Please share my page to your friends and family and be a part in making a difference.
The more people that know about the Cancer Society, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
