Cool down in Summer
Summer has gone too long and still we are facing extremely hot days, Keeping well hydrated is the key to cool the body down. Mint is one of the cooling herb in Ayurveda. Try refreshing cooling mint drink, this is easy to make with only 4 ingredients.
1 glass cold water
1 table spoon of fresh lemon juice,
1 teaspoon honey
8-10 fresh chopped mint leaves. Add extra ice to make it cooler.
You can add 1/4 cup of soda water for the fizz.
