Face care routine for glowing skin and reducing pigmentation.  

1. Wash your face and neck area with raw milk.  

Milk is an excellent natural cleanser that suits all skin type.   Take 1-2 tbsp. of raw milk,  dip a cotton ball and gently rub it all over the face  and neck and leave it for 5 minutes.  You could use daily before going to sleep for getting remarkable difference.  This cleanser removes all dirt from the skin, moisturises the skin and gives it a nice glow.

2. Honey and lemon mask every 2-3 days.

This is  an excellent  Ayurvedic treatment for pigmentation on face. Take one tablespoon of honey  add 3-5 drops of fresh lemon juice and apply on the face, and let it stay on the face for 10-15 minutes.   It includes anti-oxidant and moisturising properties that cleans and lightens the skin.  Wash off with water and you will discover soft, glowing skin in no time.  You would not feel the need of applying moisturiser afterward.

3. Turmeric and Besan Pack every week.  

This is the most common face pack for glowing skin.

Mix 4 tbsp. of chicpea flour (besan) to half a tbsp. of turmeric powder and  1 table spoon of cream (malai) or milk and make a paste.  Use this at least once a week,  for 10-15 minutes to get bright and glowing complexion.
