Little change goes a long way.

On that sprit this month I decided I needed to make a difference, and one small way in which I can show support to those effected by cancer is to cut some of my hair to raise vital funds, and also for the hair to be used to make a wig.

I would be cutting my long lustrous black hair in support of the Cancer Society this Daffodil Day, Friday 25 August 2017.


I have had long hair all of my life, and although I’m slightly nervous, I am really excited to help someone by using my hair to create a wig, so that they can enjoy having hair if they have lost it during their cancer treatment. I can not even imagine what would be the feelings and expression of that person wearing wig of my hair. I would love to see a big smile on someone’s face.

Are you eating well?

Diet plays the most important role in keeping good health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Right and balanced diet is very essential for keeping the digestive system healthy. Fresh fruits, vegetables have more vital energy ( Prana) in them hence provides positive energy.   Diet should include fresh fruits, vegetables, cereals, fresh juices, soups. Over spicy foods are not good for health. Snacking of fresh fruits is a healthy option.




Few easy ways to eat more fruits and vegetables:


Morning tea,

In Roasted vegetables and soups.

After lunch

Afternoon snack   

Late night snack/Dinner.

Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
